Cardinal Web Dev

Cardinal Web Dev

Independent web development course taught at Stanford with @imkevinxu and @kingstontam. Despite over 200 applications, only ~30 students were accepted to the class. Course topics included HTML, CSS, Python, Django, UNIX basics, JavaScript, and Heroku (hosting platforms). Students were able to build impressive standalone web applications by the conclusion of the course. All materials and lesson plans were created by the three teachers.

Serving clients such as Stanford University, and backed by StartX and Pearson Catalyst, ClassOwl has gone on to raise over $1M in VC funding to help tens of thousands of students manage their courses and assignments.
